Terms of Service
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These Terms are a practical starting template for Invoice24. They are not legal advice. Have them reviewed by a lawyer for your jurisdiction before relying on them commercially.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Invoice24 ("Service"), including guest mode and optional accounts, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By signing up, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What Invoice24 is
Invoice24 is a web tool that helps you create, preview, print/PDF, optionally save, and optionally email invoice documents. Guest users may use core form and preview features. Registered users may unlock cloud history, drafts, email send, and related account features subject to plan limits.
3. What Invoice24 is not
- We are not your accountant, tax advisor, lawyer, or bookkeeping service.
- Documents you generate are templates you control. We do not guarantee that any invoice is legally valid, tax-compliant, or enforceable in your location.
- You are solely responsible for invoice content, amounts, taxes, business numbers, payment terms, and any obligations to your customers.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse email sending, attempt unauthorized access, or harm the Service or other users.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of invoice data, logos, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to operate the Service (for example saving drafts, rendering previews, or sending emails you request).
You represent that you have the rights to use Your Content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law.
6. Email and communications
If you use send features, you are responsible for recipient addresses, message content, and compliance with anti-spam and marketing laws. Do not use Invoice24 to send unsolicited bulk email or fraudulent messages. We may rate-limit or disable sending to protect the Service and recipients.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service for fraud, scams, or illegal activity
- Probe, scrape, or overload our systems without permission
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law
- Upload malware or harmful content
8. Availability and changes
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, plans, and limits may change. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practical.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invoice24 and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that invoices will meet any legal or accounting standard.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50 if you paid nothing.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Invoice24 and its operators against claims arising from Your Content, your invoices, your use of email features, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Replace this section with your company's country/province and venue once your operating entity is confirmed.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms: use the contact email published on Invoice24 (or your support channel) and reference "Terms of Service".
